My complaint:
I’ve made multiple attempts to transfer my USD total from Binance to my own personal bank account. They will not process it because of “risk management”. They’re pretty much holding my money hostage, hoping that I’ll give up and invest it so they can make money of more transaction fees. Absolutely terrible customer service. The Binance Bob tech support feature is a complete joke, it’s worthless. I will never ever do business with them again.
Suggested solution:
Allow me to transfer MY MONEY, not yours, into MY BANK ACCOUNT
