My complaint:
I am a Binance member and have been trading on the platform for a while. My account was locked out without any type of formal notification. I am an Indian citizenresident and have verified the same on Binance. In the past my account has been operational from the US as well which is probably why I am getting an error message about me being a US person when clearly that is not the case.
I have also tried to contact Binance support multiple times but received no response or help.
Suggested solution:
Binance needs to unlock my account so I can trade from my home country India.
