My complaint:

Hi,

So the transfer was made May 1,2021 the amount was just 75usd and as of this time 4 days after the issue is still unresolved. And the customer support is just horrendous as they just left from the chat room without even notifying the customer, right after the support asked for some minutes to verify the transaction, i waited for almost am hour and i realized when i tried asking for the update that the support has already left the chat room. This is juts ridiculous.

Suggested solution:

It very simple, all considering that the transaction was made uaing their platform, using their COIN, it should be a piece of cake since both subject of the complaint originates from one company which in this case is Binance. All they to do is from the evidence that was given, the blockchain has ed the transaction but the token was moved to BSC Token hub which was anothe platform Binance and token sits there for 4 now. All they need to do is credit my external wallet of the same amount of token i transfered and thats it. All done. The evidence is there very clear and transparent. I don’t know what more verification binance needs.
