My complaint:
We booked a table for 5.45 we were told we can use the bar as the table wasn’t read .we got a drink at the bar .another customer knocked his beer all over my wife .it was an accident .we told bar staff what had happened and didn’t ask if we were okay just wiped the bar .and walked off . finally we were seated at 6.20 .our srarter arrived 30.minutes later .that’s okay as we could see how busy it was .we was only half way through our starter and a waitress was standing there with our main . Just plonked it on the table .that meal cost me 145 pounds with a few drinks not fortunes but it felt like there was no respect by any of the staff .also the toilets were discussing .two of the cubicles I went in .there was sick everywhere .I told staff .and when we had enough of being rushed out the door I asked for the bill they had no problem rushing to get that .I went to the restroom before we left and it wasn’t cleaned .
