Big Easy complaint: Rude manager to Staff 6th August 2021

My complaint:

I was at Big Easy Canary wharf. Food was lovely and the service staff were perfect.

But as me and my friends were leaving at 5:30ish one of the managers shouted loudly at 2 of your waiters at the entrance If I catch you without your masks on again then I’m not paying you this month
I understand in the current climate that the staff need to wear masks if its company policy etc. But to openly suggest to his staff that he wouldn’t pay his staff as a threat was completely unacceptable. Especially in front of customers entering the restraunt. The 2 staff he said it to had given us very good service and I feel like he was on a power trip. He was a shortish man so maybe he’s insecure within himself and needs to feel in control at work.

Suggested solution:

Talk to the manager who was working Friday 6th of August and tell him he needs to respect his staff and remember he's not above them. He's a manager of a restaurant. Not Alan Sugar. It really triggered me, alot of your staff may of been furloughed and stuck at home during lockdown and the last thing they need is to be threatened with unpaid wages from their employer.
