My complaint:

Good Afternoon, I am disappointed to say that I’ve had a horrible experience in Big Easy on the 30072021.
Me and my family were looking forward to celebrate a birthday and decided to go to Big Easy. We arrived ly at 12:30 for our reservation. After ordering our food, which was labelled as hit run and was promised to arrive within 15 minutes otherwise it would be free, we waited 20 minutes for our starter to arrive. 20 minutes later our food finally arrived, cold and stale and our food requests were dismissed and came not how we asked. Whilst sitting outside we also faced some issues. Our family had to deal with smelling cigarette smoke constantly to the point where our five year old son started coughing, and we also saw a mouse run under our table. The overall experience was miserable and stained our liking for this restaurant.

Suggested solution:

Ideally we would appreciate a refund and an apology as it was something that genuinely upset my whole family and ruined our day. It was not worth the money and time we spend there. We expected better.
