My complaint:

Hello my name is Asia

My boyfriend booked a table for us yesterday at the canary wharf branch and I must say it was very disappointing from start to finish..we was really looking forward to coming to Big Easy as it was recommended..we arrived we had to wait 20 minutes before anyone came to our table..our drinks and food was mixed up and was really hard to get the attention of staff…we was raising our hands like school children and was being ignored ..our table was in the corner where the other people was storing a buggy and lots of coats..very unprofessional and disappointing..the staff are rude and we didn’t get to enjoy our food and the our night was ruined…I dnt normally complain..but the lack of customer service was very really bad no one would come to help us with our problem..ended up paying just under 70 pounds and didn’t enjoy one bit to be fair we just wanted to pay and get out of there..that experience was not a good one and I hesitate to visit another Big Easy just because of the way we was treated wasn’t nice. I won’t leave a bad review but the the staff need retraining in customer service and everyone should be treated the same..the staff blatantly looked us in the face and chose to serve other customers or just walked pass us..please understand from our point..we have children and don’t get to go out much and the this experience was terrible. I was complain last night but the staff was not helpful and we just wanted to get home.
