My complaint:

Good Afternoon, I am disappointed to say that I’ve had a horrible experience in Big Easy on the 17022022
Me and my family were looking forward to celebrate a birthday and decided to go to Big Easy. We ordered 2 starters that we all shared which were small portions and disappointing quality and did not look fresh but stale and cold.
This completely ruined by son’s 25th Birthday the food was terrible and not only that we all got food poisoning.

Suggested solution:
Ideally we would appreciate a refund and an apology as we became unwell with stale food and all 4 of us got food poisoning.
The whole experience ruined my family’s day. It was not worth the money and time we spend there. We expected better quality food
