Big Easy complaint: No lobster and overcharged

My complaint:

Booked a table for 2 for our anniversary was shown to the table at 18.45 requested drinks took until 7. 05 for waiting staff to come to our table was told that happy hour prices still applied as we were waiting so long we ordered the drinks and was asked what was our food order requested Lobster was told didn’t have any until the following day was not told that by the reception team otherwise would have gone somewhere else had the bbq food which was fine but was told there was no cornbread muffins for at least an hour but could have chips instead which then took 30 minutes to arrive by which time we had almost finished our food and then the cornbread muffins arrived. Requested the bill on which appeared the drinks bill at the full price which was rectified.
It was an absolutely dreadful experience all round how can you advertise that you specialise in Lobster and don’t have any

Suggested solution:

That’s up to them but customer service should be prerequisite
