Big Easy complaint: Left stunned and shocked

My complaint:

Where shall I start, I came to the restaurant fairly excited with 2 friends because we had always seen the restaurant and all wanted to visit as we had never been before.

We were all finally able to get a table booked and go but pretty soon after arriving things started to go wrong, we waited roughly 35mins for our order to be taken but that’s only because I asked for our order to be taken, granted the lady who took our order was very nice and pleasant and we wasn’t in her section. An additional 45mins after our order was taken the food arrived and the fillet steak I order was very unflattering and tasted bland and flavourless which I’m very unsure on how that was achieved.

After eating I had to wait 20-25mins to get somebody’s attention so we could pay our bill and once again that’s was because one of my friends got up to ask, not once was we approached by a waiter to ask to introduce themselves or to check on if our food was ok before we finished eating, wrong items came to our table and we had to again ask someone if we could have the items we ordered halfway through eating.

I was left very very disappointed with my experience especially as I had to pay £140-£150 to be ignored and get McDonald’s quality food.

Suggested solution:

I don’t get paid to make them decisions but I certainly wouldn’t pay anymore than £10 for an experience like that again so you decide what the best way to resolve the issue will be.
