My complaint:
I recently visited the Big Easy restaurant in Kings road on 01062021 with my 4 children. I spent £86.40 on our meal and to be honest I feel as though I was let down, here I will list reasons:
1. The cutlery on the table on arrival was filthy as though it had not been washed but placed there for the next customers. During the Covid pandemic extra care and percautions should be adhered to in order to protect the customers and staff. this makes me know as a customer that the tables and cutlery was not properly sanitised.
2. Poor quality of food, the prawns was oily and very soft which made the texture and taste unsatisfactory.
3. The toilets was not cleaned after each customer as I went in there and saw urine on the seats.
4. Poor customer service, I had to repeat my order about 6 times before my order was taken and even after that I had ordered separate drinks and my order was processed twice through the system after I had only ordered
I have only been able to write this email of complaint now as I have been extremely ill with back problems and have been in and out of hospital.
I will be publishing this email on Complain.biz and tweeting this issue as I believe in a pandemic if a restaurant can’t adhere to health and safety then there is major problems within staff and training.
Suggested solution:
they need to train staff in the importance of health and safety and train them on customer service and people skills
