My complaint:

I booked a table for 2 at the Big Easy Canary wharf Restaurant on 27th November at 2.45pm.Booking : 2110316853
I wanted to go to a really nice Steak dinner with my best friend for my birthday.
We arrived and was first taken to the back of the restaurant to be told your table has been taken.
We were eventually seated by a drafty door, it was so bad I had to keep my coat on.
We waited ages for our drinks order to be taken and then some 15 minutes later was told there was a backlog on the drinks but they should arrive shortly.
Once the drinks came they were incorrect.
A young guy came shortly after to take our food order.
On asking various questions about the food we were told by the young guy he was new so gw would need to go ask, I also mentioned to the waiter that I was cold and could I be moved, he said he would look into it.
After another 20 minute wait I called over to another female host who was at the front of house and asked her to be moved and asked her to put her hand where I was sitting to feel the cold draft, she agreed it was cold and then moved us 5 minutes later.
When I tucked into my steak it was well done instead of it being medium rare.
My friend also ordered the burger and by this point I now just wanted to leave.
The new waiter tried his best by trying to recommend a gin cocktail which was the only thing I ended up enjoying, he did try and offer something else but the damage was already done and to make matters worse I was charged over £70 for the cocktail the waiter recommended a bowl of mushrooms , 1 x cappuccino, orange juice and my friends burger which was totally dry and the incorrect beer that she didnt order.
Pretty bad experience on my birthday for a restaurant that seemed overly busy and not paying attention to food or drink detail.
The last waiter was really trying to resolve the situation, but it just went from bad to worse, I felt so bad for him I ended up giving him a £5 tip just for him trying to turn a bad experience into a happy one, but as said it was too little to late.

Suggested solution:

I would like my money back or a voucher where we could have a free meal and drinks for my friend and myself for this shambles.
Maybe to go to the Covent Garden branch as one of my other friends said her experience was totally different but she went to the Covent Garden branch.
