Big Easy complaint: Absolutely terrible experience

My complaint:

I booked at table for 8pm on Saturday 5th of just for 4 people 2 adults 2 children we arrived about 5 minutes late and waited on the que for another 15 minutes whilst we was running 5 minutes late we made 6 attempts to call the restaurant and let them know the circumstances but the phone wqw taken of the hook when we approached the lady at the front desk and explained we was 5 minutes late and now its 20 minutes late as we queued for 15 minutes she was so rude it was unbelievable my 13 year old son walked out the restaurant because of her whole attitude he felt embarrassed as she done this in front of customers she said no your are late your table is gone now move to the side so I can serve somebody else this is extremely unprofessional so I asked for the manager the manager came and listened to what the situation was and sorted us a table and made it clear we only had 2 hours we said we understand your extremely busy and we wont be 2 hours its late now we just want to feed the children we order food after waiting 20 minutes for a waiter we got our starters and then waited an hour and 20 minutes for our mains with 2 hungry children that waited a long time to eat even another waited looked at our table and said you still not been served your food clearly it wasn’t order when the food came it was cold and the shrimp tasted like it had been cooked and sat out all day both adults didnt eat there food as it was un edible we then waited another 20 minutes for the bill and paid full price for our food that we didnt eat no body asked if everything was ok by this time I didnt have the energy to even complain about the horrendous service and just left as it was half 10 at night and have 2 children with me

Suggested solution:

I think we deserve a refund voucher for the food not eaten and a complementary voucher for the terrible service and standard of the food we was served I completely understand that the staff was busy but there is no reason for rudeness and made to feel uncomfortable especially make my children feel uncomfortable
