My complaint:

Salesperson at Geek Squad, DIDN’T SEE A NAME ON THE RECIEPT, acted like he knew what kind of RAM was to be installed on my laptop, Lenovo Thinkpad W530. DIDN’T RESEARCH IT ON CRUCIAL He stated doubts that my computer could handle the upgrade then opened up the back of the laptop to look at the lower level memory slots without ing if it could take 32GB.But it can be ed with research which I had to do because HE ORDERED THE WRONG RAM. So when I show up for the installation Lee Zimmerman said the RAM was not working plus he argued that were not 4 slots for RAM in my computer and that it could not take 32 GB of RAM all of which is WRONG. He did not know what he was talking about and he did not check it with Lenovo OR CRUCIAL WHICH I DID. He did come up with the correct RAM I needeD to order but said BEST BUY WAS NOT CAPABLE OF INSTALLING INTHE UPPER SLOT UNDER THE KEYBOARD WHICH I HAD TO SHOW HIM ON A YOUTUBE VIDEO WHICH IS WHAT GEEK SQUAD IS FOR OR TELL ME B4 I PAYUPFRONT. I PAID FOR EVERYTHING UPFRONT AND GEEK SQUAD WASTED MY TIME. I GOT A REFUND FOR THE RAM AND THE LABOR THAT WAS PAID UPFRONT……….I’LL NEVER GET THE TIME THEY WASTED …THE LACK OF EFFORT TO VERIFY THE NUMBER OF MEMORY SLOTS AND MAX RAM CAPACITY FORCING ME TO PROVE IT SHOW A LACK OF COMPETANCE FROM GEEK SQAUD.

Suggested solution:

3 HOURS WASTED PLUS WAIT TIME FOR APPOINTMENT SETS ME BACK A WEEK OR MORE TO GET ANOTHER BUSINESS TO HELP WITH THE INSTALL. LEE DID TURN ME ON TO CRUCIAL.COM AND SYNERGY TECH FOR THE INSTALL. THANKS FOR NOTHING:(
