My complaint:
I booked an appointment for a TV installation for 1220. I ed the appointment online on 1219. Later that evening the installation company called me and told me they don’t work on Sundays and rescheduled until 1228. I then called Best Buy and after being hung up on and transferred 5 times they said there was nothing they can do and that I should call after the service to ask for a credit.
Suggested solution:
Find a sooner appointment for me than 1228 and issue me a refund now.
