Best Buy complaint: called customer service 14 times in 1 day

My complaint:

They delivered a washer last fri. The washer did not clean my clothes and I needed to talk to some one about it. I called 14 times that day. They kept hanging up on me or putting me on hold and would never come back. And when I did talk to them they just said it was not there problem. I asked to speak to people that worked in the store 7 times and every time they said it was not possible and refused. 14 times I called in 1 day. This is the worst place I have ever delt with. Ever. They were not friendly and I kept getting the same people over and over. I thing a supervisor should call me about it. 980-222-7015 I was so upset with this I was crying and crying. I had spent a lot of money.

Suggested solution:

I think they should give me some type of store credit for what I put up with. I was so upset I was crying.
