My complaint:
11/14/2023 Ordered I phone 14 pro max order (gold), with number BBY01-806701958851. the entire purchase amount The item did not arrive I called best buy 2 weeks after and they refunded me with the 100 down payment for the device. The monthly recurring payment is 45.84 until the entire amount of 1099.2 is fulfilled.
I’ve been calling best buy multiple times and have been transferred around these phone numbers, 8777022211, 8882378289, 8662424568. So far, none of the best buy time help me cancel the order that was not received at all. I wanted the order to be cancelled and the refund of the amount being charged to me.
Suggested solution:
Refund 229.2 dollars and cancel the monthly recurring charge.
