Best Buy complaint: Poor customer service on LG refrigerator sold by BestBuy

My complaint:

Bought LG refrigerator from Best Buy 6/19. Unit became inoperative after power outage 6/14/23. Best buy extended warranty end 6/22, but LG still warranted unit til 6/24. Efforts to get repairs done by LG have gone nowhere to date 712/23. Scheduled appointments failed to show, one repair company declined to honor warranty. Dealing with LG customer service is a nightmare, every phone call requires repeating everything you’ve done 20ntimes already then nothing happens. They gave us names of 3 companies in our city qualified to service our unit but none showed. Next call to LG they had no clue what they had just told us! Best Buy was all good. Just don’t buy the LG crap they sell, you will never get it fixed.
