My complaint:

Dear SirMadam

I have got XPS 15 9500, and I purchased after getting information from a couple of Dell online chat agents. All of dell agentsrepresentative told me that battery timing of XPS 9500 is 14 hours. However, the battery timing of the machine I got is less than 5 hours. I have talked a couple of times with dell technical experts, but don’t get any help from any of them, instead they are transferring my call from one to other. And, one of them said that XPS maximum battery is timing is 5 hours.
I would like to share that I bought Dell XPS after consultation with a couple of Dell agentsrepresentatives. Please find below the tag and express code:

I would like to humbly share that I am not happy at all with it's battery timing at all, because it's last for only between 4 to 5 hours instead of 14 hours as I was told.
Please take back this laptop and return my money. Thanking you in anticipation.
