Bell Canada complaint: Absolute screw up on installation

My complaint:

I asked the (so called) Installer that my phone line be buried and he said he could temporarily install it and lay it on the ground and would book me for for a burial of the cable but it would take maybe 3 months to be done. I had a box already installed in the room where i wanted the phone. And this “installer” drilled a hole 1 foot from the hole and installed a surface mount box (really!!) Then when I went outside to see his work he had drilled my siding (I have pictures) and the wire is running right at face level and the worst wire attachment I have ever seen.

Suggested solution:

I want this wiring removed from my siding and the siding repaired and I want it to be buried and entering my basement where it should have been and installed in the box where it should have been. I dont want this installer any where near my house again. He wasnt to eager to work either and was walking around talking on his phone most of the day. Very Disappointed in the “installers” that Bell has hired.
