My complaint:

On Monday May 31 I was due to have new sod laid on my front lawn. When the Lawn Company began removing the old sod, wires popped everywhere – at least 9. I lost my services my neighbor who is with Rogers lost her service. After numerous calls to Bell hours of waiting a Technician came to my home installed a new temporary line. He laid the wire along the ground leaving a substantial amount of extra wire along the path at the side of my home. My neighbor got her foot caught in the excess wire almost fell face first onto the concrete pathway. I have called Bell twice regarding this safety hazard have received no satisfaction. I was told someone would contact me yesterday – nothing. This morning was told I would hear from someone within 2 h – nothing.
This is a safety hazard needs to be rectified immediately.
I am not impressed. I would like to point out that I have been with Bell for many years probably paid thousands of dollars for my services over the years. Bell expects me to pay ly yet I cannot get any satisfaction regarding a safety hazard. Not even a phone call from someone who can make a decision.
Seriously thinking of cancelling all services with Bell.
I made my first call to Bell on Monday morning. It is now 11:15 on Wednesday. I have spent more hours on the phone, on hold, being passed to one Tech to another.
My biggest concern is the extra wire the hazard it poses.

Suggested solution:

Replace the temporary line properly by digging a trench burying it. Unfortunately my new sold has now been laid, so when Bell finally get around to fixing this situation, they are going to have to pull back my new laid sod. Not happy.
