My complaint:
Received an email at 6.26pm today, May 17, that my services are cancelled. I did not ask for a cancellation.
I was watching TV and around 7.35pm the Fibe Tv froze and can’t get it up again.
I called all the Bell phone numbers and only get a recording saying to call back. I have been calling since 7:45pm today.
Can someone please call me at 416-781-9382 to let me know what is going on?
So much for customer service. Very disappointing
