My complaint:
This morning I received two phone calls from call centers telling me that my social insurance number is invalid and that I should call the people telling me that. The phone numbers that called me from the call centers were: 613-687-5325 at 10:58. Also 613-687-4945 at 10:32. I frequently get these calls.
Suggested solution:
I would like to know why Bell is letting these people use local numbers to make these illegitimate phone calls. With today's technology your company should know better than allow this to happen. If you were truly interested in keeping your company legitimate then you should place more emphasis on working with the RCMP in catching these people. The number is 1-888-495-8501.
