Bell Canada complaint: Overdue return of cancelled telephone

My complaint:

Subscribed to Bell internet and mobility plan because of residential move.to building with competitor. Prematurely cancelled phone May 2930 and tried to return it. There was refusal because my account was deleted.
I am somewhat invalided internally and externally and not very mobile. My new home is a Senior’s Residence with medical assistance.

I am 87 years, widowed, having sold my car to pay for current residence. There is no shuttle service for residents but a Taxi service provides inexpensive rides Wednesdays and Thursdays with 2 days advance booking within City of Ste Therese limits. Otherwise regular taxi service is prohibitively costly. My only TV services are both beyond hence my displacement ability is not broad and often untimely.

Suggested solution:

Considering my physical condition and its restraints Bell should provide me with a package that I would be able to return the phone and send back
the phone. The use of common sense and some empathy would go a long way. conversation A Bel
Further in an extended conversation a Bell agent who called himself 'Sam'
made a big fuss about sending a return box i.e.my address,etc. One week later I have not received it.
Bell should take this employee to task for the cavalier method he used.
