My complaint:
I have been trying for 4 hours to get thru to technical service, but not able to. Was on 3 time for 20 minutes each time and got disconnected each time. Cannot access help anymore as there is a busy signal.We need your services back tonight. We have 3 tv and none as a service. This is unacceptable from Bell to leave customer hanging with no service and hanging up the telephone on them. Completely outrageous. If service is not resolve tonight I will switch to another provider.
Suggested solution:
Would like Bell to restore service and appoligise for their behavior. I want a reduction in my billing for my trouble.
