My complaint:
Iam a new customer and I have been trying to get my phone online. The customer service is not good. They were supposed to import my number from Koodo week and a half ago it never got done. I have spoken to them everyday. Nobody knows what they are doing. I just want to have my phone activated.i game them the account number and still not done. Is there anything you can do? I have the phone week and half and it just sits there I can’t use it. I was with Koodo for 12 years and this was the problem and over charge.
How can I get this done. They want me to pay over 256.00 and I have no service. I was talking to a lady and I said I might as well stop and she said do I have the address to send the phone back. Terrible

Port my number so I can use my phone. Just wanted to get it going and get my account straightened out...
