My complaint:

First I made a subscription at Basic fit for a monthly abonament to be able to cancel it when I cannot go to gym. So for that I had to pay 20 euros extra. But after a month I decided that I cannot go anymore to gym because of my work schedule. So I checked my app to see how many days I still have until the abonament expire. I saw I was still having 2 more days but already they took my money for the next month abonament, without my approval. So I cancelled the subscription and now I am waiting for my money. Even if I’ve sent them emails and messages on Facebook I don’t have any response.

Suggested solution:

They obviously have to give my money back. This is stealing people's money. I didn't sign up for this. Especially for that I have paid 20 euros extra. Oh, not to mention that they promised 46 weeks for free and I didn't received those anyway. But I don't care about anything for free. I want some respect as a client and my money back.
