My complaint:
1. I had a plan and I had to freeze it for 3 months because I did not have the COVID Safe ticket, but they charged me all this time (September to December 2021): 3×29.99€
2. On February 14th I cancelled the plan because I left the country (for Canada) and I received the cancellation ation email and there was also mentioned that I will receive a partial refund of 8.57€.
Instead yesterday I was charged again 29.99€ for the next 4 weeks.
Suggested solution:
A refund of 4x29.99€ 8.57€ for a total of 128.53€.
