Basic-Fit complaint: Membership Cancellation Fee

My complaint:

I registered basic fit at 7 Feb 2022.

I just wanted to doing fitness for 1 month. So I subscribed a FLEXIBLE membership. I paid 9 Euro for FLEXIBLE MEMBERSHIP.

I cancelled my membership today. But for 30 days termination duration, my membership ends in 04-04-22. So I have to pay this month’s fee.

I’m going to go abroad tomorrow and I dont come back for 1 month.
It is not possible to cancel a 1 month membership that I have already purchased 1 month in advance. So even if I want to do sports for 1 month, I have to pay for 2 months. This is big bullshit.

Suggested solution:

They have to cancel my membership immediately and charge no money for next month.
