My complaint:
I have tried multiple times to cancel my subscription to basic-fit as their advertisement and presented serviced do not correspond with the reality, however, unsuccessful. After paying twice for my monthly subscription and going to an overcrowded and dirty gym, they refuse to cancel my subscription.
I am totally against going to this gym.
Suggested solution:
Cancel my subscription without additional costs immediately.
