My complaint:
I did’n know that I have a yearly subscription because the english version of the website is a joke.I cancel the subscription because I moved to another country where they don’t have gyms and I’ve been struggling for months to make them understand.When I finally got in touch with them they told me that they have sent my dossier to a recuperation company and apparently I have to pay 370 euros.This is a big scam and I told them I could not pay the entire amont and I can pay like 50 euros every month and they told me that I have to pay everything now.
Suggested solution:
They should cancel the subscription and erase the debt since I didn’t use their services
