Basic-Fit complaint: Being charged for a membership that ended??

My complaint:

Around this time last year I joined basic fit, however since it was in dutch I made a mistake and signed up twice. When I arrived at the gym location in Den Haag, the lady at the reception helped me and told me she canceled one of the memberships. A few months later I decided to fly back to my home country and canceled my basic fit membership (I didn’t even get to use the gym once because of COVID regulations). Strangely 5 months ago basic fit started charging my card even though I don’t have a membership or a registered email address on the appwebsite anymore. That’s 29.99 euros each month for something that I didn’t agree to and was told it had been taken care of.

I’m very confused as to how this could happen and can’t access my account (it doesn’t exist anymore) anymore as I’ve mentioned earlier, to end the membership… I can’t understand the website either as all the useful information is all in Dutch…

Suggested solution:

Refund for all the 5 months that they charged me and wasn't even notified on my emails as I don't have a registered email on basic fit anymore...
