My complaint:
I have had trouble with Australia post for a while now I can’t get parcels to my house unless I pay for a steel box with a lock and give a key to driver(unacceptable not going to happen)so I get my new medical device sent to the Macleay island post office and usually it goes from Brisbane to murraree but my parcel has gone from Brisbane to pinkenba?where’s my pacel going? Can Australia post please take my name off the black list

I would like my name taken off the black list and get parcels and mail where I want and my mail and parcels not to be tampered with(held on to by parcel driver for 6 weeks just 1 parcel)
