My complaint:
We have lived at our address for 8-9 years and never had a problem with mail or parcels but since a new driver A.J. he refuses to deliver to my address he has used the excuse that he thought no one lived here(lawns are mowed every week, no junk mail in mail box, bins go out every week)the driver A.J has marked our address as undeliverable the only thing that has changed is the driver and parcels are being returned to sender or being held on to for up to 6 weeks by driver and his boss Lenny(tampering with mail)as it is required by federal law to deliver parcels where they are addressed to I would like to be able to get mail and parcels to my address’s Sasha from Australia post forcefully told me to purchase a steel box and give the driver a key to get my parcels this is an unreasonable request and it’s not happening and Sasha also suggested getting stuff sent to the local post office I’ve done so with a new medical device I ordered and it’s going nowhere near the local post office both suggestions are unacceptable I should be able to get mail or parcels where I want or need them
Suggested solution:
Take our name and address off the black list and deliver our parcels and mail as they have been done for the last 8-9 years and for Australia post not to ignore mail and parcels being tampered with from A.J. and lenny
