Australia Post complaint: Unable to get a parcel past Welshpool WA

My complaint:

Parcel arrives Sydney from US on 6th Jan 23, 7Jan 23 sent to Mascot?
10th Jan 23 back to Syd. same day back to Mascot again. 21st Jan 23 reached Welshpool WA.
22nd Jan 23 Welshpool WA sends it to Botany Bay NSW? 23 Jan 23 lodged customer enquiry noted but nothing heard from AP. 29th Jan 23 processed at Sydney again, same day they send to Botany Bay. On the 3rd Feb 23 parcel is back at Welshpool WA, almost feel like throwing a party, due to be delivered Mon 6th -Wed 8th Feb. 23, a few hours later Welshpool WA in their infinite wisdom decides it would be a good idea to send it to you guessed it, Botany Bay NSW, AGAIN!!!!!!!
I can understand the odd mistake and be forgiven but all these errors and nothing from AP is nothing short of incompetence.

Suggested solution:

Intercept my parcel, repack in Express Mail bag and send to my address in WA, I dont think that is being unreasonable considering the mileage the parcel has clocked up.
