My complaint:
Brand new Laptop has been sent for repair, touchpad issue, paid £2100 for it, Asus repair center received it ( the reviews for the repair shop are ridiculous, just a one star review on google) and proceeded with the repair of the laptop.
The laptop was sent on 11th September and returned 2nd October. When returned laptop was received damaged, with a dent on its top case and with no operating system.
Tried contacting Asus again, they advised to send my laptop to be repaired again to the same repair shop, which I refused as I have already lost so much time just to get it damaged.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money
