My complaint:
I recently updated my asus rog 5s and now the wifi is not turned on even the Hotspot showing error. I talk with one the the agent and he come to the conclusion that I must send the phone for repair and I need to pay for it. My question is why showing the device need repair and why should I pay for it as it not my fault it’s there software is not allowing my phone to work properly. I need help to repair the wifi connection so I come here please help me solve this issue
