ASUS complaint: Lack of professional support for Asus Tech equipment

My complaint:

I have been writing Asus for professional support on setting up a Raid 10 array on the ProArt Series Z690 Mother Board using 4 each NVMe SSD M.2 @ 1TB each. I am unable to properly set it up. Starting July 23rd, I filled in a form for help, that started the first request and have received little to no help with the exception of one person and here it is Monday Aug. 8th. One person attempted to provide actual help but there was no instruction for the type of issues I am encountering. I have actually sent probably 15 emails and each time I get; it will be 24 – 48 hrs., then when they contact me and say; it will be sent to higher level tech. Then follow up states it will be 24 – 48 hrs. When they reply it is another question and no solution and as I reply it goes back to lower-level help that in turn reply wait 24 – 48 hrs we are sending to higher level tech. big circle of no help and delays? In all I get 1 responds every 4 days and no weekends. I have provided all info so when they ask another question it takes another week to get another reply to start back at the bottom once again and not actually answering any of my problems with a solution.

Suggested solution:

Call me at set time where I can be at the computer, and they can solve the issues over the phone right then or connect remotely to help. Phone tag is costing me time and killing me if I have to return the items because they advertised it would do this and it turns out it does in fact not do so.
