My complaint:
I have 2 children and have used the Asda wipes for 2 years now no problem. Recently their has been a problem which has resulted in my children being severely burnt. I spoke with head office went in store, got a refund new box of wipes and a voucher, which is brilliant. But again this is not solving the issue especially, as they have said their is a lot of complaints.
I come home with a new box and again same issue straight away, they have changed a ingredients in their wipes so unsure if that is the issue but it’s really dangerous now.
