My complaint:
I’ve had a very bad experience shopping here even though I have been shopping here
for a long time, I was treated very badly by the security and store manager, I was accused of stealing even though a member of staff came and helped me with a misunderstanding where I forgot to return an item i no longer wanted as it was above my budget and the member of staff understood and took the item back however a security guard called Mark stopped me before the entrance and accused me of stealing and called me a disgusting thief the situation was also handled very poorly by the store manager. I went home and brought my husband to help solve this issue however I was stopped by the same security guard again and he kept on calling me a thief and they refused to show us the
Suggested solution:
they didn't try to resolve the problem they just asked me to leave and not to come back again
