My complaint:
I ordered £116 worth of groceries on 12 August 2021. Delivery time slotted for 1330-1500. When the driver arrived he stated in front of my partner that it looks like the frozen foods hadn’t been packed. He stated that he’d arrange a second delivery once he got back.
I waited to 2200 before logging onto the ASDA app to complain. Items that I ordered didn’t even allow me to option of stating they weren’t delivered. I called customer service, it was closed, I called every ASDA number I could find. All closed. I wasn’t about to let this go.i took photos. I found this organisation. I don’t want a refund. I’m on a fixed income I just want my food.

Apologize! That's number one. How many other people do these corporations do this to? Two, deliver me what o ordered..three, train their drivers to not make false promises. We are your customers..of we wanted to; we could close your shops.
