My complaint:
I ordered my groceries on the ASDA app on the 11th. I chose the 1430-1500 time slot.
The groceries arrived at 1430. At that time the driver stated it looks like they forgot to pack your frozen goods. I asked what happens now. The driver stated when I get back I’ll send another truck with your items.
This conversation took place in front of my partner Jamie McPake. We waited until after 2200 that night and still no delivery. The next day I opted to take a taxi to the shop and collect my goods. I paid £10 each way as I love in Possilpark
Suggested solution:
Refund my travel expenses. Compensate for me having to pick up my 2 bags of frozen goods and my now melted ice cream. Ensure their staff are more mindful in the future.
