My complaint:
Friday 29th I sent a order to my friend …order number 5012183001198… this is saying it’s been delivered yet they have not received it … it was a few birthday gifts for them, the drivers name was Lewis…. despite me sending in 40 plus e-mails and letters i have never heard a thing from this company…totally ignored
Suggested solution:
give me a full refund of the amount i paid
