My complaint:
on the 18th of may 2020 i purchased 4 articles, the total bill was £120.70,i gave the cashier £130.00 ,without looking at the change i left the store,when i got home i checked it and saw the discrepancy,the amount i gave the cashier hadnt been entered into the till properly,i gave her £130 in total she entered two amounts into the till one of,£110 and another of £12.00.I have been to thr store twice and one of the managers said that it didnt matter if the cashier put in £5000,as long as it totted up correctly at their end.frustrated
