My complaint:
In october 2020 i was supposed to go to lagos nigeria. I had to cancel due to Coronavirus. I was rescheduled my flight for February 2021. I had to pay the difference in price. When February came i had to cancel agian due to the virus. They then penalized me had me filed out forms and told me i would be refunded. I had called several times since and have been told my refund is coming. This has been going for months nad still no refund..now they will not answer my calls.. i have talked to other people and they told me different stories. This has been going on way to long. No one calls me or responds to my email other than its coming.
Suggested solution:
Refund my money that is due.
