My complaint:
I have been dealing with ASAP tickets with trying to get a flight to the Philippines every time I change for a different flight they charged me $200 now I’m finding out that the insurance is not working and there has been so many lawsuits against this organization that I just want a refund and go directly to the airline company. Of course I am going to be charged by somebody $200 to do anything but go to the restroom.
Suggested solution:
It would be nice if they were dealt with by the courts but for now I would like to get my money back and stop being charged every time I scratch my head.
