My complaint:
ASAP is a fraud agency. I had bought my tickets JFK-Bucharest-JFK but because of Covid all flights were cancelled. We requested a refund and were refused and ASAP gave a credit and have an email in writing saying we could use our credit by 17 December 2021. But now ASAP saying our ticket is expired!! All agents are scammers!!

refund our money
