My complaint:
My name is Aurelia McCullough , traveler`s name Ana Maria Captaru …I bought a round trip ticket with Asaptickets for Ana . Because the flight back was canceled by the air line ( America Airline ) not once but twice a cash refund I should receive. American air line said that I full refand was credited to Asaptickets….The agentie keeps telling me that the air line did not credited them so they refuse to credit my account with the mony airline credited them. Also I purchased a ticket protection plan.
What I want from the Asaptickets is to refund the amount that I paid for ticket protection plan plus full value of the ticket that airline said they credited the agentie. According to DOT regulations and the Fair Credit Billing Act no person should be charged for a product or service thatdid not received.
