My complaint:
I purchased 3 plane tickets with ASAP Tickets last January 24, 2020 in the total amount of $1,999.05 . The amount was debited from my debit card last January 24, 2020. itinerary is LAX-Manila via Asiana Airlines. Confirmation no. is S7D14Q. To cut the story short, pandemic came and last March, Asiana Airlines cancelled our flight to Manila. I sent SEVERAL emails and PHONE CALLS to ASAP Tickets since March requesting for a refund of my plane tickets and up to this date (August 15) , I have NOT received any refund yet! NOBODY cannot tell me what is the status of my request! They dropped my calls twice or three times when I called in the past and hanged up on me! I spoke to one of the travel agents named Ulen last July 11, 2020 and he was kind enough to help me because I was begging and crying for help. It’s been five months since my request and NO REFUND YET! This is frustrating!!
