My complaint:
I purchased an international travel ticket with insurance but unfortunately due to covid-19 test requirement my airline refused to board me which resulted in my flight being canceled but this asap agent refused to refund my ticket in full unless he removed $390 processing fee There’s no place in their policy where this was stated.
Suggested solution:
I need whoever is in charge to please look into this matter and refund my money in full. The agent's name is Zodiac.
